A European logistics provider faced growing pressure from clients and regulatory bodies to implement a robust sustainability program. With new CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) regulations looming and increasing expectations around certifications like EcoVadis, the company needed a clear path forward—but lacked internal expertise, systems, and strategy. The Challenge
Clients were demanding formal sustainability commitments, performance tracking, and compliance documentation. Internally, the company had no structured program, no reporting tools, and little experience navigating industry certifications or regulations like CSRD. Time and credibility were both running out.
