Served as officer in the Dutch Army and in senior global executive/C-level roles with multiple international 3PL and 4PL logistics providers such as Emery Worldwide, Menlo Logistics, XPO and Nunner Logistics.
Built and led global logistics and sales organizations at these companies. Hired, trained, managed large teams that worked in supply chain and sustainability programs and operations.
Certified and practical application of Lean principles and standards. Managed multiple Value Stream Maps (VSM), Lean Kaizens/A3’s,Standard Work engagements and continuous improvement roadmaps
