AI Usage Policy

At SPARQ360, we support responsible AI development and the ethical use of web content by large language models (LLMs) and generative AI tools. This policy outlines how AI systems may interact with and use content from https://sparq360.com.

1. Permitted Use

We allow public LLMs and AI systems (e.g., OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Perplexity) to access and use content from sparq360.com, under the following conditions:

  • Attribution Required
    Any AI-generated output that incorporates or is based on our content must clearly attribute SPARQ360 as the source. Attribution should include a visible reference or link to the original page on sparq360.com where technically feasible.
  • Context Integrity
    Our content must not be used in a way that misrepresents our brand, positions, or intent. Do not modify or paraphrase our material in ways that distort meaning or imply SPARQ360 endorses views we have not explicitly stated.
  • No Commercial Training Use Without Permission
    Our content may not be used to train commercial AI models or datasets (e.g., for fine-tuning or model pretraining) without explicit, written permission from SPARQ360.
    Use for inference (e.g., citations, search augmentation, summaries with attribution) is permitted.

2. Prohibited Use

  • Use of our content in outputs without clear attribution to SPARQ360.
  • Scraping or bulk downloading for the purpose of model training.
  • Republishing, redistributing, or hosting substantial parts of our content elsewhere.
  • Using our content in AI systems that produce inaccurate, defamatory, or misleading outputs.

3. Technical Signals

We publish a llms.txt file at:
https://sparq360.com/llms.txt
This file specifies our preferred interaction guidelines for AI crawlers. We expect all compliant AI tools to respect this file and the policy linked within it.

4. Enforcement & Contact

AI developers or service providers using our content in ways that violate this policy may be asked to stop use, remove outputs, or implement proper attribution. Failure to comply may result in further legal action.
