A leading global logistics services provider with 10,000 employees and 300 locations was looking to launch a global continuous improvement program with two objectives: Increase productivity and create a culture of continuous improvement.

We implemented a global Innovation & Continuous improvement program, where we introduced LEAN principles to all staff and empowered them to implement their ideas through Kaizens. The program was embedded in the company’s culture program named ‘Keeping the Dream alive’.
