LA NECESIDAD DEL CLIENTE

Un gran proveedor de logística europeo con un fuerte crecimiento a través de adquisiciones, tuvo la necesidad de mejorar los procesos de ventas y la organización dentro de sus 27 oficinas en 7 países. Cada oficina tenía su propio proceso y organización con apalancamiento y coordinación muy limitados.

LA SOLUCIÓN

SPARQ360 implementó el círculo de valor para involucrar a todos los empleados en el grupo a través del diálogo reflexivo. Y capturó un análisis FODA de ventas. Esto dio como resultado una lista clara de los principales temas y voluntarios para unirse al programa de mejora de ventas.
