REFLECTIVE DIALOGUE

Our dialogue solution (next-generation pulse survey) enables you to have a quick, easy, and pointed conversation, on any theme, with any audience. You can easily connect with all your employees, customers and stakeholders. A dialogue consists of one to three questions and is done in two rounds:

Round 1 – Collects individual opinions.

Round 2 – Participants reflect on the opinions of others and select the top 3 from a random selection of 20 responses from round 1. This feature enables each individual to think outside of the box and go beyond their own individual conditioned response.

Based on your objective, we design a dialogue program, select the best question dialogue templates (open, closed, multiple choice) to maximize your results. With our library of proven questions and templates we create the optimal dialogue to engage people.

Reflect

In round 2, each participant reflects on the opinions of others and selects a top 3 from a random selection of 20 responses from round 1. Based on the total votes of the collective, the top 5 answers for your organization are identified.

Collect

In round 1 of the dialogue, we collect the individual opinions per question and allow for comments (limited to 220 characters per question). For each dialogue, you select your audience. The feedback is anonymous, allowing for a secure base to respond.

Analysis

Analysis

You will receive an analysis based on respondent attributes and a wealth of qualitative answers, condensed into themes, based on our unique text-mining algorithm. Our dynamic reporting tool allows you to take any snapshot or sample from the audience, revealing the true points of view within your organization.

ENGAGEMENT & CULTURE MONITORING

Our engagement solution, enables you to monitor the status and development of the actual engagement levels per individual, team and entire organization.. Engagement is measured on 12 value based motivational factors. We highlight positive and negative trends, pinpoint engagement issues and show you what factor needs to be addressed and where. Based on our regular monitoring we can predict turnovers risks with an 80% probability. The map of all the motivational factors offers you a clear picture of the current, living culture in your organization.

Each employee does an intake questionnaire of 55 questions (15 minutes max). Based on this, we determine the employee’s values and pinpoint their motivational factors - “Need to Have”, “Nice to Have” or “Neutral”. This results in a motivational profile per employee.

Our AI will monitor the engagement by sending 20-second pulse questions on a 2-or 4- week frequency. These questions are customized based on each individual’s unique motivational profile. This is done anonymously, allowing employees to feel comfortable in disclosing their true opinions. The periodical measurements result in a clear engagement trendline.

Based on the scores of all employees, we create a map of your actual culture showing the top motivational factors that are most important in your culture. Our culture map clearly shows how you can best create a highly motivational workplace. Our mappings are data driven and all scores are compared with our global AI database.
