The clients demand

A leading Academic hospital was seeking ways to increase engagement and involve their 12,000-person staff in strategy development and patient-care improvements.

The Solution

We designed a dialogue program and conducted multiple hospital-wide dialogue sessions to obtain input for strategy development and change management programs.

The Result

As a result of the dialogue sessions, thousands of suggestions were collected and hospital staff felt active in the creation of the strategy development and change management programs. This had a positive effect on the engagement level in the hospital.
