Solution

Our Reflective Dialogue solution enables you to have a quick, easy, and pointed dialogue on any theme, with any audience. Through dialogue, you can easily connect with all your employees, customers and stakeholders. Each dialogue is short and consists of one to three questions. This makes the dialogue experience a completely different one than a survey. Each dialogue consists of two rounds: Round 1 collects the individual opinions, round 2 allows the participant to reflect on the opinions of others and to select a top 3 from a random selection of 20 responses from round 1.
This unique ‘Reflection’ feature improves the quality of the outcome of the dialogue as it transcends the superficial and “politically correct” comments, and supports each individual to think outside of the box and go beyond their own individual conditioned response.

How we work

Design



Based on your objective, scope and theme, we determine the best dialogue architecture, templates and form of questions to maximize your results. With our library of proven questions and templates to help you create the optimal dialogue to engage people.

Collect



In round 1 of the dialogue we collect the individual opinions per question and allows for comments (limited to 220 characters per question). Based on the theme you decide on your audience. The feedback is anonymous, allowing for a secure base to respond. Based on respondents attributes we can analyze the 1st round results.

Reflect



In round 2, each participant reflects on the opinions of others and selects a top 3 from a random selection of 20 responses from others. Based on the total votes of the collective, the Top 5 answers for your organization are identified.

Analysis



Based on the voting you will receive an analysis based on respondent attributes, and a wealth of qualitative answers, condensed into themes, based on our unique text mining algorithm.
This results in visibility and understanding of the true points of view in your organization.
