The course is aimed at anyone who wants to create websites on their own, and possibly work as a freelancer or employee in the field of web design and development. We cover everything, so even if you've never seen HTML code in your life, you'll be able to quickly jump in.

How we work


Per campaign, ideas are generated through SPARQlive workshops, trend watching, LEAN Value stream mapping (VSM), Go Look, Go See (GLGS) sessions or ideas are directly entered into the SPARQspace Ideation software.


All ideas are shared and transparent so people can provide further comments and extend the ideas. By combining related ideas and inviting subject matter expert to review, ideas are enhanced to their maximum potential.


Based on predefined selection criteria, we identify the best ideas through a ranking process that includes an impact matrix, employee votes and gamification. For the selected ideas, a business case is created.

We implemented a global Idea Realization program where we introduced LEAN principles to all staff and empowered them to implement their ideas through Kaizens. The program was embedded in the company’s culture program,‘Keeping the Dream alive’.

In a span of 10 years, the program generated over 20,000 ideas, with a value growing from $2m to $ 90m annual savings. The LEAN culture became a competitive edge and resulted in a significantly improved win rate on RFQ’s, and made the company an employer-of-choice in the supply chain industry.
